Roxane has over 25 years of contract administration experience for commercial real estate development. Her role at Baldwin Real Estate will be reviewing and processing of invoices, collection of rent, as well as tracking of gross sales. She will also be involved in lease and abstract preparation and will assist the commercial property management team in day-to-day operations.
