Rene Hawkins

Rene Hawkins brings more than a decade of experience in property management, lease administration, and office operations to her role at Baldwin Real Estate. As Commercial Lease Administrator, Rene oversees the preparation and auditing of lease agreements, maintains accurate lease and financial records, and supports both residential and commercial property operations.

Prior to joining Baldwin, Rene held progressive administrative and management roles in the Rochester real estate market, including positions in HR, accounts receivable, and facilities coordination. She is known for her exceptional attention to detail, process improvement mindset, and ability to foster collaboration across departments.

Rene holds an A.A.S. in Networking Technology from Bryant & Stratton College and is a New York State Public Notary.
