Quinn Simonson

Quinn Simonson manages a portfolio of 11 commercial properties across the North East. He oversees capital improvement projects, compliance, tenant relations, and day-to-day operations. Quinn brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to ensuring each property operates efficiently and effectively.

Quinn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Mercyhurst University, where he was actively involved in the Laker Asset Management Club, helping invest a portion of the university’s endowment. He played four years of Division II lacrosse, earning NCAA Scholar All-American honors and competing in the 2023 National Championship game.

Quinn continues to demonstrate leadership and commitment through volunteer work with organizations like Lax for Life, Beast on the Bay, and the Rochester Public Market.
