Nick DiMarco

Nick DiMarco is part of the fifth generation of leadership in the DiMarco Family of Companies. As Director of Commercial Property Management at Baldwin Real Estate, he oversees a 2 million square foot commercial portfolio across more than 50 properties. Nick leads a growing team focused on tenant satisfaction, leasing strategy, and operational excellence.

He holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University and an MBA in Real Estate from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he also participated in the Family Enterprise Center. Nick is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and actively involved in community outreach, supporting causes like the Golisano Children’s Hospital, Daystar Kids, and the American Diabetes Association.

With a strategic mindset and deep commitment to the family legacy, Nick is helping to shape the future of Baldwin and the broader DiMarco family of companies.
