John L. DiMarco Sr.
Chief Executive Officer
John DiMarco Sr. is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for DiMarco Group, DiMarco Constructors, Baldwin Real Estate and ADMAR Construction Equipment & Supplies. He is part of the fifth generation involved with the family-owned businesses and is the co-developer in various real estate ventures in New York and Pennsylvania. John has also been involved with forming and structuring numerous real estate investments throughout his 55-plus-year career.
He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. John Fisher College, and John is an active member in many organizations including Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
