Jacqui Kenyon joined Baldwin Real Estate as Accounting Manager with over 20 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement. She brings a unique blend of technical expertise and operational insight developed through roles in public accounting, private industry, and consulting across a variety of sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, agriculture and hospitality.

At Baldwin, Jacqui leads the financial management of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, overseeing reporting, variance analysis, payroll allocations, and recovery pool management. Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to efficiency, she plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the integrity of financial operations.

Jacqui holds an MBA in Sustainability & Environmental Compliance from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Economics from SUNY Empire State College. She is also a QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified ProAdvisor.
