With over 25 years of real estate management experience, Mr. Firster is responsible for preparing and submitting proposals and applications to secure financing for new construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing projects. Interface with government officials and review RFP’s and NOFA’s scoring objectives and mission outcomes. Negotiate with lenders and investors to craft financial proforma structure that is feasible and sustainable throughout the regulatory period of each project. Continue to develop and build professional relationships to promote BREDC as a strong and competitive developer of affordable housing.
Mr. Firster also assists the VP of Affordable Housing and Regional Managers as required, given his many years of experience in property management.
