With over 25 years of experience in the Property Management field, Mr. Regan is responsible for the operation of almost 1,400 units of market rate and affordable housing units from the Rochester to Watertown areas. He is responsible for the physical and fiscal integrity of each of his 13 properties, and he provides supervision and support to each member of his site staff. Mr. Regan has been on the operation side of the business for the second half of his career. The first half was spent as a Controller and CFO of a family owned property management company. Mr. Regan has also participated in several real estate development transactions. His experience is in all facets of housing, from market rate to Section 8 to Section 42 tax credit.
